Good value rooms, good location - just two steps from the lively Khao San Road but in a more quiet area (Ram Buttri Street).

The staff.
Everything else. The pillows were actually cousins from a sofa. Very uncomfortable.

Everything was good from the staff to the room, comfy bed and brand-new room. All the personnel was very amiable and helpful enough. The location was comfortable and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from a Buddhist temple. Food was excellent and their restaurant was nice🙂😃

The location of this place is like an absolute dream! It's so close to everything you could ever want to explore. And the best part? It's super affordable! I mean, seriously, jaw-dropping prices! And let's not even get started on the street food. It's mind-blowing! The bar, pub, and club scene nearby? Insane! You'll have the time of your life, trust me. The cherry on top? Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV in your room! And did I mention the air conditioning? Simply perfect. This place is a hidden gem, seriously. So go ahead, book your stay and get ready for an unforgettable adventure!

Location is at Rambuttri Road, very close to Khaosan Rd ( it's less then a minute walk).
The wi-fi didn't work during our stay there. Quite noisy at night, but I was prepared for this :). The room is a bit small.

Stayed at a "luxury" hotel near clubs and bars! Explored Khao San area by foot. Enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Cool Corner Restaurant. Used free wifi!
Just loved staying at a hotel close to Temple of the Emerald Buddha and Grand Palace. not really.

Good location, clean rooms.
A bit noisy due to the location near Khao San Rd. No breakfast included. Internet not free.

The location is good, it is in the street parallel to Kao San Road.
I got a room without a window which looked a lot like a prison cell. There was no mention of this during my booking. The wifi didn't work, every time after 1 minute I was logged out automatically. The staff wasn't very helpful or willing to answer your questions. It feels like they don't want you to be there. I wouldn't recommend it, there are better hotels in Kao San for the same price.

Only the price. When you understand what you are paying then you know what you are getting.
Well, staff is not friendly, rooms have no windows, beds are old, and it looks dirty. But you are paying what, 5 euros a night? And in the middle of Kao San Road, where all the guesthouses are as bad as this one, so you know what you are getting, no surprises in that sense.
